eSUB Construction Software Releases Integration Update to Sage 300 Software
Subcontractors rely on eSUB for real-time data to effectively manage projects and integrate with accounting solutions to align operations and accounting
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 1, 2019) – eSUB Construction Software, the field data collection and labor productivity platform for trade contractors, continues to enhance its Sage 300 integration software. The updates to its Accounting integration connector includes the ability to synchronize Purchase Orders between eSUB and Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline).
“Many trade contractors are realizing the depth and breadth of capabilities that a best-of-breed solution can deliver in terms of optimizing specific end-user workflows,” says Benny Baltrotsky, chief strategy officer of eSUB Construction Software. “eSUB is delivering next-level functionality to capture and manage real-time field data and labor productivity information for enhancing workflows in construction operations. While our accounting partners are focusing on improving financial management workflows, our enhanced joint solutions create a powerful and seamless bridge between the office and field.”
Within a construction project, the trade contractors serve the vital role as the builders and subject matter experts on constructability. The field and project management teams rely on eSUB’s field data and labor productivity platform to capture, document, and manage project information in real-time. With eSUB’s accounting integrations, the operations team can pull foundational data from the accounting system and share transactional data including Purchase Orders to keep information from both systems in sync.
“Using eSUB and Sage 300 together has been an incredible time savings,” says Matt Smith, Pre-Construction Engineer/Project Manager at ProElectric. “Not only are we saving time by not manually re-entering information, such as Purchase Orders, into Sage and eSUB, but we have the confidence that the information is accurate. Using eSUB and Sage 300 together gives us increased levels of visibility and transparency to help us manage projects more effectively and keep everyone on the same page.”
In addition to Accounting Integrations with Sage 300, eSUB has accounting integration connectors with Viewpoint Vista, Key2Act, and Quickbooks. The company is expanding its account integrations and planning on future development with other major construction accounting solutions. Click here to learn more about eSUB’s integrated solutions.
