For Immediate Release: Construction to begin on $115 million Fort Worth tower by end of 2015
The Fort Worth skyline will have a new 25-story addition in as little as 2 years. Originally planned at 26-stories, the new tower will be home to Fort Worth based Jetta Operating Co, a privately held energy firm. In addition to Jetta and one other anchor office tenant, yet to be announced, the building will house approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space, six to eight private condominiums, a skyline restaurant, and numerous event spaces for private parties. Anthracite Realty Partners purchased the property from the Fort Worth Club in 2014. Covering three-quarters of a block between Taylor and Lamar streets, the building will be designed by Bennett Benner Partners with the general contractor being Balfour Beatty Construction. Once completed, the tower will be the seventh-tallest in Fort Worth.
