How does pricing work?

What does onboarding look like?
We understand adoption is key in every technology investment and implementation. And, every team’s experience with apps and technology varies. That’s why we offer training and other helpful materials to ensure every team is set up for success. Other helpful materials include eSUB eLearning Academy, eSUB Knowledge Base, eSUB Support Help Center and frequent webinars for continued learning.
What resources and support will we have?
We are invested in your success. Every client on the Base package or higher will have an assigned Client Success Manager to be the main point of contact to help drive adoption and enablement. Every package comes with unlimited support and access to our eLearning Academy, Knowledge Base, and Support Help Center.
Are there different platforms?
Yes! We are thrilled to begin sharing the next generation of eSUB with eSUB Cloud 2.0. We have been supporting trade contractors for over a decade and are looking to take project management to the next level. Working closely with our Client Advisory Board, we are making enhancements and adding additional functionality throughout the platform that will be released in phases over the next year. How do I know if I would get started on eSUB Cloud 1.0 or 2.0?
Currently, only the Base package is getting started on eSUB Cloud 2.0. As additional phases are released and other packages are ready to get started with 2.0, we will update the information here.
What happens if we get started with eSUB Cloud 1.0?
Your Client Success Manager will work closely with you to identify when you’d be a good candidate to upgrade to eSUB Cloud 2.0. We will help every step of the way to include additional training sections on the new features. The best part is this is at no additional cost to you!
